[asterisk-biz] Buds for a Voicemail/Webbased recording solution.

Hello List,
I am taking bids for work on an Asterisk based phone recording system. The developer will have to have experience in working with custom scripts in Asterisk and HTML and web services. I have included the basics below. Previous experience is mandatory, and please be prepared to show examples of previous work. Native/excellent English speakers only, (we are based in the US.) Please contact me back at my list address mastern8@gmail.com. After we have taken a look at your proposal I will provide company contact details. I look forward to hearing from anyone who is interested in the work.
Nate

Purpose:

ProNet, will provide a web and phone based prophecy request and distribution platform, offering a global, 24 / 7 web access. The entire platform, including backup servers, will be hosted at commercial grade hosting facilities.

The web site would be attractively designed to promote this service to visitors, as well as to promote upcoming ministry events, seminars, bookstore productions, and donations. "Opt-in" choices for future announcements, newsletters, and promotions may also be advertised.

ProNet's purpose is to automate and secure the request / record / deliver process of each prophecy, all the while providing simplicity and ease of use to both recipients and ministers.

Design:

To request a prophecy, recipient submits a request form, receiving an email confirmation.  ProNet, generates a unique project number at this time, allowing all related activity to be tracked throughout the system.

ProNet manages the database of volunteer prophetic ministers for scheduling and communications. Notifications of each request are emailed (and, in the future texted and/or phoned) to selected teams of scheduled ministers. Within the predetermined timetable, each minister should individually phone into the ProNet platform and record / review / submit the prophecy. Each MP3 recording will be indefinitely stored on the ProNet platform, as well as transferred to a backup facility.

For quality assurance, recordings could be reviewed by selected staff, with web based access from any location. Recordings would be rated and approved for delivery.

At approval, access to the recording will be made available to the recipient. Utilizing features similar to YouSendIt, the recipient may download the specific MP3, available for a limited period. A notice will be emailed to the recipient with the link and personal access code.

Also explained in their email, recipients may listen to their recording by calling into ProNet, utilizing replay controls common to those of most voice mail systems. This allows access by those who have no PC sound system.

Follow up communications or surveys could be generated to rate customer satisfaction, promote events, publications, encourage contributions, etc.

Ministers initially registering would, by web portal, submit contact and background information for staff review prior to approval. A "sample" prophecy could even be required to allow preview of voice and content.  Ministers will then be able to access a "dashboard" to facilitate ongoing scheduling, revise contact information, and view service history.

Administrative and Executive reporting will be regularly generated detailing usage, membership role status, demographics, survey results, etc.

ProNet would be able to keep track of an on-going reward program for the ministers, in appreciation of their support. Ministers who participate, dependent upon activity, could receive ongoing rewards of CI products and other materials as a token of our appreciation.

The service will require a website, SQL database, email functionality, and an in-bound call service with PBX functions.
