Looking for a VAR or consultant with experience building large vitual callcenter applications using Asterisk/FreeSwitch /OpenSER.
Have a client who is rapidly outgrowing their current solution. They need to scale rapidly to around 1000 users, and ultimately perhaps to around 5000. Feature set needed is pretty basic with the exception of call recording, which is a must have. Client is US based, and not a tire kicker….
