given how many email clients support filtering, it would be better that
they let people be a little fast and loose with common sense (common
sense rule #1 of marketing is dont piss off potential customers). I
think more would complain if the list was censored, additionally, it
becomes a full time job to try to manage such things off a list. Its
trivial to get a new email address at any of the hundreds of places that
offer it.
In short, if you see amusement value, keep reading emails, if you dont
write a filter to auto-bin emails from people you do not want to hear
from. This is a similar thing that I say to those that want TV or radio
stuff censored, dont like it change the channel :)
