Yeah and no. I was in a voip conference last month and there was a
British company there that had multiple contracts to switch over a lot
of the payphones in correctional facilities to ip phones(They called
them 'cell-phones'...British...). I think there might be a big move to
change all the payphones over to ip phones in the near future.
