Re: [asterisk-biz] NovoGate SIP/H323 16/32 FXS/FXO Channel Bank

How can you prove those goods is imported from China? How can you prove that person is died by Chinese food, I think Chinese people are very working-hard and they are now making progress by their own hand and their hard work. Not like some people and some country to invade some other developing country and rob other country's oil with their gun and bomb, Not like some people and some country to put their own idea they think right but wrong to other people to the people from developing countries. Yes, some people and some country think they are world police and intervene other country's home politics, they think they are right, because they have strong army and strong bomb and battleplan, then what is that?? that is robber for sure, is it right?

2008/4/18, Steve Totaro <stotaro@totarotechnologies.com>:
We can barely even protect ourselves from poison and counterfeit goods
from China, and have no real recourse.  How many dogs died?  How many
people?  http://www.iht.com/articles/2007/05/06/news/toxic.php

I seriously doubt (and hope) that spam is high on the list at this point.

I'm no lawyer, but my guess is that if you sue a foreign company for spamming you and win- you should be able to garnish any assets they hold in the US to pay for the judgment. I would think twice about spamming US citizens if it could be linked to you legally...
