[asterisk-biz] Anyone out there ever create a Switchvox (Switchboard) Training manual?

I have a customer that seems to want a hand out document on just the switchboard side of things... I am not trying to re-create the wheel if you know what I mean-

 

Would be willing to pay for someone's time to make one or buy what they've got.
