I'm looking for a carrier who can provided DIDs for both PSTN
termination -AND- some kind of text messaging service, preferably an
SMSC. I'm not picky about the country at this point since it's
mostly for testing purposes.
Yes, I know it's a longshot, but I thought I'd ask...
