I'm a little confused by your pricing. The metered inbound DID per minute you said is 0.4 cents, which is basically 4 cents or 4 pennies and defined numerically by $0.4. Then in brackets you said $0.004, which is not the same as $0.4. $0.004 is about 4 tenths of a cent.
 
Am I missing something?

We have inbound DIDs in 2 different configurations.
 
1) DID with unmetered inbound and 20 channels ($8.99 per DID).  Additional channels can be purchased at $1 per additional channel.
2) DID with metered inbound.  They are for $1 per DID and 0.4 cents ($0.004) per minute for all incoming calls.
3) Toll free numbers are $3 per month and 3.9 cents per minute.
