Looking for a full time job. Primarily Asterisk/OpenSER, but in general looking for something VOIP related. Might be development or operations or both depending on the size of the company and skills fit. Working for a social networking startup right now doing callback, callthrough, linux sys admin, LCR, carrier management (maximising ASRs, monitoring, issues), and generally wearing many hats.
