Re: [asterisk-biz] Employment

Thanks for the tip Steve ! Was planning on going for CCNA, I should go a little further now ....  ;-)
But .. Yes I agree that asterisk should be an add on to a bigger (broader ?) package .... but the time is coming when knowing asterisk by itself will be a seller ... that is if the guys behind it don't mess things up .....  O:-)

Get your CCIE and play golf all day and make at least $125k. I knew a guy that did that, just to have him on staff, Federal Data Corp got a 30% discount on Cisco gear. I think he might have worked a hour or two a month when the the lower CCNNs could not solve a problem. Thanks, Steve Totaro On Mon, Apr 7, 2008 at 2:37 AM, <c.savinovich@itntelecom.com> wrote:
What skills you have make all the difference. If you were to add to your resume: Cisco CCIE and CCVP. Call Manager and Cisco telephony guru. Nortel, and Avaya expert....plus Asterisk... then you will find plenty of employment offerings in the web sites you mention :) CS >>I wish there was more Asterisk jobs out there. Searching dice, monster, >>LinkedIn, Craigslist etc usually doesn't yield much. _______________________________________________ --Bandwidth and Colocation Provided by http://www.api-digital.com-- asterisk-biz mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-biz
