[asterisk-biz] Mass Texting/Voiceblast Service?

I have a list of members of an organization and their phone numbers,
about 2-3,000 people. I want to send alerts to them when a new event is
added to the org's calendar. The list doesn't distinguish between mobile
and landlines. If I want to send copies of a text by SMS to the mobiles
and a prerecorded voice call to the landlines, how much does that cost?
I'd probably send a new alert about 2-5 times a month.
