Mexuar Communications have a softphone solution - Corraleta.
Corraleta is a java applet so the size of the softphone is tiny at 125kb,
there is no software to download, its platform independent and you can
customise the front end so instead of a button you can design a keypad to
make it have the look and feel of a phone.
