Could anyone make recommendations on a Windows based OSS\CRM that would integrate with Outlook, QuickBooks, and Asterisk?

I have a client that does a lot of things the manual way and I am looking for ways to improve their business processes.

Also looking for recommendations of consultants that do this type of work in the Chicago area, should I think it's over my head or think I'm missing something.
