The listing is item number is  300239734501 and is still valid (I just checked).  I have replaced "proceeds" with "The complete final bid amount" to make my intent clearer.  The fixed shipping cost should cover postage, handling, and auction costs.  The upgrades will serve to lower their monthly costs with a projected payback of just a few months and the money saved will be put back into the community through youth programs and feeding the poor.  For anyone who is concerned about where the money goes I will accept payment via check or money order directly to the organization.  If you have trouble viewing the listing or have questions please drop me a note off list.

Further, I was hoping that there was a definition of "proceeds", is that
the entire sale price or something less than the entire sale price?  And
what does "good cause" mean?  Some think its a good cause to pay off
their personal debt, while others think that means a bone fide charity
of some type.
