We have a solution based on gentoo & USB flash drive.
Is this something that will work for you.

We are looking for a device running Asterisk, which can offer customizable IVRs ( FreePBX style ).

This miniPBX could probably work on some Flash technology?

I wonder if someone is already producing this?
