[asterisk-biz] Toll free provider for Canada

Hi,

 

I am looking for a good, established, quality provider for toll-free lines that can:

 

1) Can port them quickly is necessary

2) Allows me to define the allowed origination of calls easily (ideally through a portal, but not necessarily if service is quick and good). For example, iLECS only, Canada only, US only, everything allowed, etc.

3) Good prices for US and Canada calls (most of calls will be from Canada/US)

4) I need to be able to reach a human being if I have an issue and need quick follow-ups.

5) Can deliver through SIP G729/ulaw (my choice)

6) Good price, but quality matters more.

 

Volume is relatively low, I am paying about 300$ per month total.

 

Please provide monthly price per DID and per minute fees, along with increments (30/6 or per seconds?)
