What you do is offer free outgoing calls. You get a payout of 2.5 cents and you give a free call
to USA which say costs you 1 cent. Gross Profit = 1.5 cents (before advertising)

CS -- The idea is simple
You advertise a info service (like a premium number) people call in and you make money at no investment for you.
Or - you offer customers "free" Australia VoIP numbers. Again when they get calls -- you make money. This kind of arrangement is very popular in countries where unlike the USA, the caller pays a premium to call a mobile, as opposed to the USA where the recipient pays

Thank you Dean. I checked the rates I pay for Australia mobile and the average is 0.09 … if it costs me 9 cents/min to make the call and the payout is 2.5/min, where is the profit?... hope you understand that I am asking because I am sure I am missing something.

No it’s a mobile number.
Basically in Australia calls to mobile from both landlines and mobile numbers are charged at a timed tariff per minute.
(but the cool thing is you don’t pay to receive calls if you are the mobile owner).
Btw I hope you realized I have nothing to do with them, just answering your question.
