Thank you Dean. I checked the rates I pay for Australia mobile and the average is 0.09 … if it costs me 9 cents/min to make the call and the payout is 2.5/min, where is the profit?... hope you understand that I am asking because I am sure I am missing something.

No it’s a mobile number.
Basically in Australia calls to mobile from both landlines and mobile numbers are charged at a timed tariff per minute.
(but the cool thing is you don’t pay to receive calls if you are the mobile owner).
Btw I hope you realized I have nothing to do with them, just answering your question.
