You are not alone. I think the Polycoms are ugly too. And I like the GXP
backlight. But the sound quality is in a different class, IMO. Since
trying both, I've bought only Polycoms.
Only speaker phone I've ever used where the person at the other end
didn't suspect I was using a speakerphone. Just sit at my desk and talk
as if I'm in the room with someone. I love it. Never tried the SNOMs.
