Oh, I’m sure that Verizon, Level3, XO will give you some real aggressive pricing for under $25k and take very good care of you as well…..not!

By the way Verizon, Lavel3, XO they all starting a lot less then $25000/month... ;-) Lavel3 you can do from $10000/month and up as of Verizon $5000/month and up!!! And XO is a biggest crap on a market stay a way from them!!!
