justification is often essential.
But it's not worth the time to work with clients to whom programming has
to be justified as a legitimate field of skilled, intellectual human
endeavour from the ground up, arguing every step of the way.
Programming is not just typing, and if you want it done more or less
from scratch and done right, you have to pay serious money and give
serious time.
