Cory,

I helped bring their software from being able to record 8 calls to 200 per
server on a core2duo.  We worked very close for months, I would send
them packet dumps and they would send new source every day for months.

I have worked with them very closely and implemented their solution a
a full DS3 for ALL calls with perfect call quality.

I integrated it with the customer's CRM for call playback via customer
record in their GUI.

You can compare Verint's solution for 100 seats @ $500k and Telrex
$250k (at least when I get a quote several years ago and decided OrecX
was worth pursuing).

Thanks,
Steve Totaro
