Expect patent trolls to be knocking on your door no matter how
small you are. If they think they can extort money out of you
they will try. Sad, but the patent system in the US is a haven
for protection racket trolls.
Not a bad idea about the Consortium though. Might be interesting.
The biggest benefit I think would be the better negotiated rates.
