Final BTW, by the time someone takes legal action and can PROVE price
fixing or patent infringement, we will be large enough to gain that
attention and everyone in the Consortium will be doing well.

Any legal action would lead to exposure, which get's the name out more
and more, usually works out to be a free commercial.

Who is going to go after (spend money and resources) a small group.
