minuscule shops.
SwitchVox has the WORST support I have ever had the displeasure of
dealing with. I was hired by a company to act as a go between
SwitchVox and them, at my usual hourly rate, that is how bad they are.
They still are unable to fix the problem.
It is about strength in numbers, wide and varied skillsets, techs on
the ground to go onsite if required.
