can do manual or recurring transactions.
Since our accounts are prepaid the API works for us, if an account goes below a certain amount
a transaction is triggered, credit card debited, invoice sent to customer and credit posted to his account.
Levi from 1stmerchantfunding.com set us up with both a merchant account and an account with auth.net, our programmers integrated with the auth.net API and we are set to go.
Levi has been very helpful solving the couple of issues we had, and I recommend them.

In fact, we need something more automatic since this is a 24/7 service. Here is how we would like it to work : Scenario 1: - the caller is on our system and decide to make a payment. - we ask to enter credit card number, expiration date - we send information via internet to the credit processing company andtheysend us back a confirmation - when confirmation is receive, we update the user account - and continue in the iVR Scenario 2 : - the caller is on our system and decide to make a payment. - we forward the caller to the credit card company phone number - they ask him to enter card number, expiration date and process it. If confirmed, they send us a Instant Payment Notification so we can updateourdatabase - the user is then return to the IVR -----Original Message----- From: asterisk-biz-bounces@lists.digium.com [mailto:asterisk-biz-bounces@lists.digium.com] On Behalf Of StephaneBakhosSent: May-02-09 7:42 AM To: Commercial and Business-Oriented Asterisk Discussion Subject: Re: [asterisk-biz] Credit processing ...Date: Fri, 01 May 2009 22:56:56 -0400 From: Ruddy Gbaguidi <plugworld@micnes.com> Reply-To: Commercial and Business-Oriented Asterisk Discussion <asterisk-biz@lists.digium.com> To: 'Commercial and Business-Oriented Asterisk Discussion' <asterisk-biz@lists.digium.com> Subject: [asterisk-biz] Credit processing ... Hi All. Do you know any company doing credit card processing ? This mean, we have customer on our IVR system, we collect credit cardnumberand expiration date and CVC. Then we send the information to that company for the credit cardprocessing. We do it, http://www.maximumcrm.com . We can support any good creditcardprocessor out there that has an API of some sort. If you need it for a calling card application, then a2billing does it.Do you need a merchant account? Or just someone that handles the transaction processing and sends the $$ to a pre-existing merchant account? No we only need to talk to the transaction processing part of it. Right now we support PayPal Payflow Pro, Authorize.net, Plugnpay, Cybersource, Linkpoint. But other ones can easily be added as long astheyhave a half-decent document on how to integrate with them. It is up to them to talk to the merchant account. _______________________________________________ --Bandwidth and Colocation Provided by http://www.api-digital.com-- asterisk-biz mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-biz _______________________________________________ --Bandwidth and Colocation Provided by http://www.api-digital.com-- asterisk-biz mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-biz_______________________________________________ --Bandwidth and Colocation Provided by http://www.api-digital.com-- asterisk-biz mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-biz_______________________________________________ --Bandwidth and Colocation Provided by http://www.api-digital.com-- asterisk-biz mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-biz
