[asterisk-biz] Cold Call (call center) Solution needed

Dear all
I am after a call center (for cold call) solution for a customer
His requirements are as followed

1. Some kind of autodialer or connect with a IP phone
2. Calls Recording
3. Ability of doing 3-ways or 4 ways conference
4. Can divert the call to another extension
5. Easy to use with a nice GUI

Initially it will require around 16 seats but expansion must be possible
with full training and support required./
