[asterisk-biz] Looking for Dominican Republic..

I'm going to be down in the DR for a couple weeks, and would like to get
both a single DID (sent to me via either SIP or IAX), and also inexpensive
US termination to the DR. Anyone offer both of these?

(I'm planning on getting a pre-paid cell while down there, and this would
allow me to both send and receive calls at a reasonable rate.)
