[asterisk-biz] SIP/IAX provider

I am looking to move away from Vonage. I am looking for a SIP/IAX DID provider
that can supply one feature which I really like about Vonage, namely their
multi ring capability. Ideally I would be able to ring both a SIP/IAX device
and a PSTN (My Cell) number at the same time, first one to answer gets the
call.

Any suggestions ?
