I am curious, was the order that I mentioned the one you were thinking
of (basically numbers themselves shouldnt be commodities, "cherry"
tollfrees shouldnt have a premium price on them, etc) or was there a
different order that you were thinking of?
I ask because I didnt see this order when it first came out, and like
many things the FCC does shortly after they are done all is quiet and
you dont hear about it again. So there might have been something else
that you initially thought of that covers the way tollfrees are sold and
used.
