1.4.18 seems to work fairly well, I tested with higher releases, but
obviously had problems

We didn't explicitly test regarding "sip realtime prune PEER" + 'sip
reload'. I will have to do more investigation in that area.

We have several production sites using RAGUI, but the peers/devices are
pretty stable and don't require that much changing.
