QueueMetrics has also contacted me and I am considering their product seriously. This is because I know they are a around ever since I am in the asterisk based VoIP industry. But if anybody wants to propose anything similar or better, I an open for a comparison.
As for Crystal Clear Call Center, its interface was not very inviting so I did't spare time (which I don't have much) to explore it in detail. But seems like it is not very detailed.

Hi,
I need some QueueMetrics type solution. Trying to get hold of them for two days but no reply yet. Does anybody know of any alternate? I need to put it on our company's asterisk box so we can monitor our agents (about 40) activities.
