It doesn't matter where you live. Part of the wonderful world
of being taxed by the US globally is that CFC is a CFC no matter
where you live or whether it is legit or not. If you're a US
citizen and own more than 50% of a company - it WILL be liable
for tax to the US no matter what.
The solution is to just not own more than 50% of it. :)
(hint: non-American relatives are a good thing to have)
