Ah, not sure what happened to this paragraph here. I meant:

-- value-added service in the form of enhanced tools, service bundling,
web hosting, application integration, etc. But here, actually selling
the pipe becomes something of a loss leader, so it's somewhat beside the
point as far as the whole "ISP" part goes.
