100mb fibre internet access.

What are your target rates and volume?

I am looking for a good quality provider with good rates to the US and
Canada. My main concern is the number of simultaneous channels.

Gafachi has ten for outbound. Is there a provider that has "unlimited" and
just bases cost on call destination and duration?
