(936-909 to be exact) DIDs which would regularly go "unable to be reached as
dialed" from cellular/landline/etc. I changed those DIDs (I'm in an area
lacking LNP, so we retain a standard B1 with call forwarding) to another
exchange/area code/LATA with Vitelity that happens to also be locally
dialable, and the problem has gone away. It appeared Vitelity was doing
everything right, whoever they are using for DIDs in Houston just couldn't
keep their act together.
Their support is responsive and as helpful as they can be in my experience.
Any technical issues they actually have control over are promptly resolved -
and they're few and far between.
That's just my 2 cents.
